This is interesting.

There might be lectures at other places as well. I'm interested in
giving a speech on GPLv3 if you think it's possible to find an adience
for this topic.

I could also give a more general speech on free software that might
interest more people but may be boring to those already familiar with
this topic and only interested in the new GPLv3.
