[selinux-aktiva] Call for letters to ISO re: OpenXML

Jag tycker det ser bra ut. Tycker även att vi behåller vi-formen, så
blir det tydligare att det är hela föreningen som står bakom, och inte
bara undertecknad.

Skulle dock vilja peta in ett kommatecken efter "standard" här:
