De trodde inte Internet var en fad - de trodde att de kunde profitera
mera på att skapa ett helt eget Internet pss som AOL hade. Men där
trodde de fel.

Varför använda något de inte kan tjäna pengar på ?

Office är deras programvara - det är i praktiken där all vinsten kommer
ifrån. De kan aldrig göra den fri.

OK så de tjänar en del på Windows - men inte alls lika mycket som
de drar in på Office - vinstmarginalen där är ca 85%

Alla andra affärsområdena (och speciellt XBOX) går dåligt för Microsoft.
