Lugg is a very loosely connected community, centered around the mailing
list and the IRC channel (#lugg at irc.freenode.net). We try to have IRL
meetings now and then, mainly just chatting and having a cup of coffee.
Last time we met were at Café Java, Vasaplatsen, a few weeks ago, but
before that we haven't had a meeting for almost a year.
I don't know how many "members" the lug has, we were approx. 15
attending at the IRL meeting.

used Telia, Bredbandsbolaget (BBB) and Glocalnet and never had any
issues. Although none of them have official Linux support, to my knowledge.
I can't really recommend you to any specific hardware shop; I moved here
a few years ago and haven't really bought that much since.
